that things should be dead already. you also just jynxed yourself and it will be dead next time you go to start your car

That is rare. Most car batteries will last 6 to 8 years, providing the car has never had a charging or electrical problem.

Typically, car batteries last 3 to 5 years. Are you sure its 13 years old? Does it still work? Can you verify this with date code or mfg sticker? Better send that battery to Guiness Book of World Records.

It will just die one day, but a battery lasting that long is rare but not unheard of if you've never run it dead leaving the lights on. I measure the length of my battery's life in how many times it's been dead rather than time. Generally, four years and 4-5 deaths is all I get.

i own a repair shop,and you have done really good,they usually last around 5-7 years so yours is due to go bad anytime ,i have seen some of the better battery's last a long time though,but never that long,you just got lucky,and got one that was well built,id enjoy it ,because some day you,ll have to replace it,even if you do ,you done real good ,good luck ,i hope you get a few more good years from it,hope this help,s.

Your lucky it lasted that long and I would probably look into replacing it soon. Most battery's last about 10 years.

you're very lucky, most car batteries never last the time they say that they're suppose to, even if you think that battery is still good, i would replace it as soon as possible. One of these days it's just going to give out...................

I generally try to replace my batteries after five years whether or not they go dead. I think after five years you're taking a chance.

5-7 days usually sometime your era skips months. It handed off to me when I fist started yet I in no way became into laid low with my era. I in no way have been given cramps, had temper swings, felt fatigue, had to die, secluded myself, no longer something occurs to me different than I bleed out of my vagina. i wish this helps! in spite of if it would be carried out witching 7 days if that's shorter than 5-7 than I recommend seeing a physician!

5-7 years is about how long they last, If its older than that is probally bad
