it's knotted up missle fibers, cold makes the muscles contract to conserve body heat, making it hurt even worse. You need to take a hot bath with a cute guy who's taller than you(haha) and have him give you a firm back massage to work those muscle fibers back out straight. A chiropracter would do the same thing.

ask around for good Chiropractor in your area. I would only use one that uses exercises and physical therapy. I know some feel Chiropractors are not useful but I have personally has good experience with them. Also you might also work with a Physical Trainer. Mine was able to suggest exercises to build up the muscles in my core area(Stomach Back etc) that take pressure off your back

In my personal journey, maximum chiropractors I actually have met are completely off their rocker. yet what they do ought to help your decrease back sense more effective, in case you could cope with their loopy cult like techniques. i have been two times for extremely minor injuries and felt a lot more effective. My husband change into injured in a ruin and is paralyzed. his discomfort hasn't lengthy gone away, yet determining and making the muscle tissue more suitable has looked as if it would assist somewhat. there are some drugs available that ought to take the sting off yet no authentic answer to the discomfort.
