Wear a low cut shirt underneath, then put the mens shirt over it, roll the sleeves so they are 3/4 length and then tuck the shirt in. You could add a belt and some nice bangles maybe or a cute necklace.

Men like it when we (women) wear them with panties (or no panties) and no pants LOL
Other than that, I'd say no way, because mens shirts are made for men and womens shirts are made for women- they are cut to maintain our feminism of women, shorter lengths, or longer depending if it's the long shirt style with a belt, and also tailored to fit our bodies with our curves and chest. Not like the mans rectangular bodies. Unless we were in the 80's (and even then it was bad) I veto the idea.

You can put an oversized belt at your waist. It'll be super cute. They have a lot of them at wetseal.
You can also try buying a button down made for women so its more tight fitting.
