Did you plug it in?
If not, that's your problem.
If you did, your battery might be dead.

The most draw on a battery is the starter motor. Your radio works because there is still enough power in the battery for it to operate. The heater motor, lights and wipers may also work now.
Jump the battery from a vehicle that is running (positive to positive and negative to negative) it should start. If your climate is very cold you'll have the same problem again. If you have an original battery (AC Delco) in your car. it's time to replace it. They usually last 6 to 8 years in a vehicle that has never had an electrical problem

your battery sux, you might need new spark plugs, or you might new a whole new starter. If you turn the key and theirs no sound at all, then you are not getting enough electricity which means you have a bad battery. If it sounds like it may turn over but its not, then you are getting gas to it and its proabably your gas pump. No sound= electric, sound= fuel. If its a standard try to pop start it. Put in 1st and hold in cluch have a couple people push as fast as they can go and take ur foot right off of the cluch let it come right out and it should start, if it starts like that then its electric. But try to jump start if before you do anything else.

Well, since th radio comes on it means you have a little juice in the battery. Your best bet is to find someone who can jumpstart you, or hook your battery up to a charger.
In cold weather you battery can "loose" juice, and with out the extra juice its hard to get it started. Once its started let it warm up for about 10 minutes and drive at least a mile or so..to get everything "juiced" up.

firstly do not put heat in your gas tank unless you want to blow the thing to bits. right do you mean the engine turns over but does not start or your engine will not turn over when cold ? im presuming the car is a petrol injected model the biggest problem with petrol injection units not starting when cold is normally the cold start sensor this is mounted in the cooling system and gives the engine management system the Information it needs to enrich the fuel air ratio when the engine and ambient air temp is cold. you can check it your self with an ohms meter to make sure its giving the correct Resistance or get your garage to check it for you and they are not expensive

You probably need a new battery.
The starter motor draws more power from the battery than anything else on a car, & when a dying battery gets really cold, it goes dead.

Anyone who answers a question this vague is just guessing.
You need to be as detailed as possible to get an answer that will actually help.

It's true that when it's cold, it's harder for cars to start. But I'm not really an expert on cars, so i don't know what else to tell you besides that.
