This is what you pay for living this long and breast feeding your children. This is nothing you can do about it, outside of plastic surgery.
Over all, you can make yourself look and feel better by proper diet and exercise.

nope , absolutley not, you can do hundres of push ups just to keep them up... and don't tan either, tanning loses up the elasticity of skin on your chest which helps breast sagging. You can get implants, or have a breast lift.
