I put rims and tires from an '06 Nissan 350Z onto my '04 350Z. Now the tire pressure gauge reads blank. How do I get it to work?

Do the you put on wheels have TPMS sensors installed?

If yes, then you need to go to your Nissan dealer to have the sensors individually re-programmed. Nissan uses a unique system that no other carmaker uses for its TPMS so the dealer is really your only option - no private shop is likely to invest is one programming for 99% of cars and another, more expensive one just for Nissan's.

If the wheels don't have TPMS sensors in them, congratulations - you just violated the TREAD act, which is punishable by a hefty fine.

Your time-honored rims that have been on the Z have sensor's in them and as quickly as you place aftermarket rims on them they wont artwork through fact there at the instant are not any TPMS on the hot rims you obtain. My advice is to take it to nissan and notice if it somewhat is put in.
