Bleach Water or Mean Green.
Add a Small amount of Bleach into a Spray Bottle, then fill the rest of it with Water. Get a Rag to clean with. Spray the Mixture on to your shower or bath tub. Wait about a Minute or two then Scrub where you sprayed. It will come clean.
There is a Great Multi-Purpose Cleaner called "Mean Green". You can buy it at most dollar stores(Family Dollar, Dollar Zones and Dollar Generals). Spray this onto your shower or bathtub wait a little and then wipe off.

Stay away from gritty cleansers like comet or ajax, they will scratch the vinyl. I use Dow Bathroom cleaner and then if that doesn't make it as clean as I want it then I use a product called SoftScrub and it does a nice job.

Use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser - it will work great especially if your shower has raised nubs on the base to prevent slipping. Nothing works as well to get gunk out of these areas as a Magic Eraser. For soap build up on shower doors use CLR straight, scrub with a scrunchy and rinse well.

There are many cleaners that will work to clean it. What you have to worry about is scratches use only soft scrubbers on it.
