I have and do all the time.
I actually dream of places before I go to them for the first time.
Sometimes I do something or meet someone and KNOW I have done that very thing before.
I also sometimes know people's names before I meet them.

Some people believe that deja vu is a time gap between your two eyes and your brain. What I mean is that an eye "sees faster" than the other eye, and gets signals to the brain quicker. That gives you a "double take" effect, as if you have seen it before.
Do I believe that theory? Not completely. There have been hundreds of instances in my life where I go somewhere and I know I have been there before. I sometimes meet someone and know that I am going to be very good friends with them. Does that mean I'm some sort of psychic? Well, I'm not exactly hanging a shingle outside my door or volunteering to work for a private eye.
