I got 2 SpongeBob Questions
1. What really is a Kraby Patty? I know this is just a cartoon, but is just a parody of a Big Mac or Whopper? or can people actually make them?
2. Where Does SpongeBob Take Place? I know it takes palce in Bikini Bottom, but where is this show taking place, like which ocean?

Andy, my inquisitive internetter... there's no answer to either.
A Krabby Patty is totally fictional, though in my mind's eye, Maryland Crab Cakes on a bun with pickles, tomato and lettuce (instead of... uh... kelp) are how I'd always imagined them.
As to which ocean this takes place in, I'd imagine the Pacific, which is closest to the creators and would create a much shorter commute for everyone involved in production.
Now let's all sing the Goofy Goober song and put this query behind us, shall we?

2.If you watch the movie David Hasselhoff takes them to bikini bottom from a beach in california so it is in the pacific
