It's a noticable bump, on the soft side of my forarm, I only have it on one side. It does hurt, it aches, last night it hurt so bad I couldn't fall asleep. What could it be? I noticed it in the shower a couple weeks ago, and I'm not sure if its gotten bigger or not, but it has started to hurt a lot more.
What could it be?

yeah im pretty certain its not a parasite. its winter, and i haven't subjected myself to anything like that.

If its been there a few weeks you should go to a doctor. It could be something benign like a lingering mosquito bite or something strange like a parasite.

does it have a ring around it? like a hoop almost? then it is a protien build up in you arm
is it little and like a zit but not red? then it most likely is a masquito bite
and lastly is it like a syst? round big and lumpy? then it will most likely be cancer
if you can't identify it through here go to a dermantoligest they will know for sure

Go get it checked out. It's definitely not normal.
