The celebrities that get the most press are the ones we hate the most. Says something about britain really doesn't it?
Jade Goody and Shilpa Shetty are all over the tabloids because of this whole big brother nonsense.
We all seem to love Kylie Minogue and Kate Moss and we still seem to sift for scraps at the Beckhams "garbage" piles.
American celebs. Everyone likes Angelina Jolie but it seems Madonna is on the slippery slope.

I do not have a clue..although I am interested to see what responses you get..
I guess I do not understand the almost God like worship of (usually) an entertainer one does not know!
Example being a brain surgeon could save a childs life and walk anonymously down the street whereas an actor..a guy pretending to be brain surgeon on television gets adulation beyond belief as well as x number of £££££'s more!
It is sad indicment on our society when this is the shallow case.. we adore people who entertain (and who we can never really know - who knows they could be a right boring so and so ) over those who save our lives!?
