2 things of anything in the world, that are completly the same, are they still somewhat different?

Although your question is too abstract, it is still possible to respond to it. Yes, the 2 identical things are definitely different from each other. One of the differences is that they are located at different points in space at the same moment of time.. In other words, 2 identical things can not exist in the same place at the same time.

Identical twins. May think very like one another, but thoughts are different at different times. They each occupy their own space in place and time. There are always subtle differences.

Yes, they occupy a different spot in their existence--by even being side by side, on top of each other or what-ever--so they are different.
