try wearing red or pink top and a jeans. Your shoes can be red or pink converse or nikes. try your shoes at footlocker and your outfit maybe go to cheap stores. like gap, old navy, forever 21, hollister, abercrombie, aeropostale.

i would defenitly go to DEB. They have great dresses. In every color and in every style from goth to emo to prep.
