Don't do it, incompetence on the government's part does not allow you to the right to commit a felony. Of course, blowing off some steam about it can be helpful. Just don't dwell on the details of what you could do too long or you might start to think that it would be acceptable.
While you don't provide the details of your situation, obviously you feel that the SS should be responsible. However, just like a workman's comp. claim, just going through the process can seem sometimes worse than the actual disability or accident. Try to stay calm. Enlist the aid of others that have had to do something similar.
There are probably websites devoted to helping people like you claim and receive the benefits that you are entitled to.
Seek counseling if necessary. I have seen a couple people I know have a tremendous difficultly in dealing with the complexities and frustrations of their situation.
Good luck.

Have you gone through an appeal yet? I've heard people say almost all requests are denied at first and then many are accepted on appeal. Maybe this is a way to discourage the fraudulent, but of course, that doesn't work and rightly offends those seeking SS Disability, which is, after all, and insurance plan you've been paying for for many years.
If you've already gone through an appeal, raise hell. Get on the phone with your Congressional representative's local office, a number you can find on their website. Write letters to your local papers, contact AARP to see if they can recommend advocacy groups. Call or email your senators.
I'm sorry for this struggle. I hope you are able to make a good transition to this new, unsought and unwanted, challenge and find yourself living more deeply than ever.

No. The best thing you can do for yourself and your country with regard to health care is DON'T VOTE REPUBLICAN. The republican party is more interested in making sure the insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies can exploit the american people so they can make even more money and pay fewer taxes.
