I keep coming across snippets of this old tune on TV and radio programmes. Who composed it? It sound like Quincy Jones to me.

composed by and first performed by jazz composer, arranger and record producer Quincy Jones. It first appeared on his 1962 Big Band Bossa Nova big band record on Mercury Records. Multi-reed player Rahsaan Roland Kirk played the flute solo. Incomplete personnel on the album liner notes do not specify the prominent brass players. Its upbeat mood parallels the upbeat sound of 1960s light jazz and television theme songs.
