I think it may be something wrong with my IP or sumthing and its tricking google into thinking im in Saudi Arabia? plz help!

Try this:
If you are using Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu, select "Internet Options", then click the "Languages" button. If the Arabic language is on top, select it and move it down the list by pressing the "Move Down" button... hopefully you'll have the English option as well. If not, then hit the Add button and choose English, then move it to the top.
If you are using Firefox, select the Tools menu, hit "Options", select the "Advanced" tab, the press "Edit Languages" button and make sure Arabic is not at the top of the list, same as above. Make sure English is at the top of the list.

go to language tool on google and change it to english that would be the 3rd line down on the right of the search box
