I recently lost a family member to his own suicide. I am now having dreams of him. i have lost family members in the past and have only had a dream about one of them which was his father. Both deaths were unexpected and unexplained. i am trying to find out why I keep having these dreams. Are they trying to tell me something? They make me cry when I awake. Any answers?

To dream about the death of a loved one, suggests that you are lacking a certain aspect or quality that the loved one embodies. Ask yourself what makes this person special or what do you like about him. It is that very quality that you are lacking in your own relationship or circumstances. Alternatively, it indicates that whatever that person represents has no part in your own life.
To see the dead in your dream, forewarns that you are being influenced by negative people and are hanging around the wrong crowd. You may suffer material loss. This dream may also be a way for you to resolve your feelings with those who have passed on. To see and talk with your dead father in your dream, signifies that you are about to enter into an unlucky transaction or rotten deal. Thoroughly think through your decisions before entering into them. To see your dead mother in your dream, signifies your wretched and mean-hearted nature towards others around you. Seeing your dead parents in your dreams, may mean your fears of losing them or your way of coping with the loss. You may want that last opportunity to say your final good-byes to them. To see your dead sibling, relative, or friend alive in your dream, indicates that you miss them and are trying to relive your old experiences you had with them. In trying to keep up with the pace of your daily waking life, you dreams may serve as your only outlet in coping and coming to terms with the loss of a loved one.
To see someone commit suicide in you dream, highlights your concerns for that person. Also consider what characteristics and qualities in that person you may be trying to "kill" and annihilate in your own self. Perhaps you hope that you are not like that person in some way and are making attempts to get rid of those traits within your own self.

At times we dream about deceased relatives or friends simply because we miss them. These dreams may be disturbing but most likely are a form of wish-fulfillment or are based on memory through which we relive old experiences. Some people believe that in dreams they meet up with the deceased on the inner planes and engage in "real" interactions with them. It is normal to miss and long for the people that we loved and that have left the physical body. Therefore, it is not surprising that they will pop up in our dreams from time to time

The important question about finality or life after death. There appears to be more than just death. It would appear that suicide is another type of free will with a price. What that price is might have options also.If everyone thought death was so much better than life it might get really crowded on the other side.

i've always heard that death means good things. but then again i always thought that was crazy. im guessing you spend alot of time in your awake life thinking about his death too. all that is is the stress of losing a loved one carried over into your dream life. dont worry about it, they will subside soon.

My faith that an artificial afterlife has already been created in secret has led to dreams where I can't die.

Jesus did say that the last people would be the first and the first people last to enter the afterlife.

Yes, I do believe that they are trying to talk to you. Pay attention to your dreams. As soon as you wake up, write down your dreams, and then talk to them, respond to them.

We are nothing but spirits in bodies, and they are spirits without bodies.
Wish you luck and my prayers are with you.
