I'm having lots of abdominal pain?

and it's not near my period yet. i still have about 2 weeks until my next period.
is it possible ovulation is causing this?

If you're mid cycle, it could be ovulation.

But, there is a BAD stomach virus going around and causing abdominal pain. Dirrahea, etc.

very likely if the pain is radiating or on your right side see a doctor pronto could be somthing more serious
