You need static electricity to shock someone like that. Probably can't be done easily with bare feet though. Try putting socks on (slippers with the vinyl bottoms work really well) go around the house or carpet while scuffing your feet along the carpet. When you go to touch someone you will tend to feel a small shock if you've generated enough static. BE CAREFUL though, we also get a shock when we turn on a light switch ect around the house.

Static electricity is generated from your feet due to friction, and it will travel through your body and when you touch someone, the current will pass from you to your friend, and that unlucky dude will get shocked with electricity, making that sound. And despite what the above dude mentioned, kissing while doing that won't work, as your lips are moist and static electricity won't work in moist or humid environments lol. Cheers :)

Well what I do is I put on my slippers that have a rubber bottom on and I usually don't wear socks but I think it also works when you do wear socks. Or maybe you have to wear socks I forgot! But anyways after putting on the slippers rub your feet (the longer you rub them on the carpet the bigger the shock!) then you don't touch anything and you don't get off the carpet suface and then you touch him anywhere on his bare skin!
