I don`t understand if it`s refered to an external monitor or what?

That's weird. I've heard that with a desktop computer,but not a laptop. Myabe they were referring to the desktops.

It means that the computer does not come with a Monitor (screen), you have to buy that seperatly, but with a laptop you don't have to worry about that since the screen is intact and physically connected by plastic and not by a cable.

Perhaps it is a default thing for all computers? It sounds like a mistake to me if you ordered a laptop.

it means you have to buy the monitor seperatly pay extra to buy a monitor ect

It means you have to buy it separately. Like for example it does not come with it...:) Hope this work
