Definitely brunettes.
Blonde hair looks pale and empty. Dark hair is mysterious.
Brown hair shades the face much the same way that lingerie is more erotic than nudity. The hidden is always more tantalizing than the blatantly exposed.
What's more important is the length of hair. On most (not all) women, short hair is a sign of laziness (women like Pink are the exception); look at all the women you've ever met who gained weight and cut their hair after getting married. Women with longer hair tend to be more energetic and athletic and stay that way.

My final answer is Brunettes !!!
Black hair, is the best !!
But I do know many people who do have blonde hair that, because of their excellent personality, are beautiful, or handsome
within ! And are still good looking too.
