While I have no answer for you, I think any song is a good choice. Just think your selection through, practice and make sure there are no notes out of your range. Most show choirs are dying for male members anyway. And if that is not the case I'm sorry I can't help.

A large portion of gospel music is written purposely for the bass voice, and there are some of the pop music of the 1950s and 1960s (the Golden Oldies) that have special bass parts. A group from that era known as "Sha Na Na" featured their bass singer, and wrote several pieces for his solos. Lately many "country and western" songs are featuring the bass parts. For some reason, songs about rivers or the sea are specially written for deeper voices. DEEP RIVER requires a genuinely deep bass - but try it if you feel you are good enough. You might also want to try "Old Man River." A couple of good ***** spirituals for a deeper voice might be "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot," and "Nobody Knows the Troubles I've seen." For POP music, there are many "doo wop" songs which feature the bass part.

Well, what songs do you know, what do you feel comfortable singing. I'll check back to see if you gave a little more information. With that I can maybe offer you some ideas.

properly, every time we attempt out in school musicals at my college they always have us sing My us of a 'Tis of Thee, so i guess that could want to likely be sturdy. you are able to also sing Lean On Me because it really is a classic (yet you should positioned a tremendous variety of soul into it). you may want to sing a track from a properly-loved musical, or like a Disney action picture, because they have truly sturdy songs that could want to exhibit your voice skills.

Sing what you feel comfortable singing! Don't ask us for help! We can't help you, because only you know what sounds good when you sing it.

If this didn't help, try some Barry White...lol.
