Do you realise that you have this question in AUSTRALIA & NZ TAXES!
No you wont get a W-2 tax return because they dont exist in Australia and more than likely dont exist in NZ either.

According to the U.S. Tax law for employers, W-2 forms have to be sent to the employee by January 31 of each year. If you do not receive it, contact your employer and DO NOT file your return without it. Your employer will send all the income data to the IRS, and they will get you, with penalties and fines, down the line. My poetry goes: "NEVER MESS

Any employer is required to have them in the mail by 1/31.
