I'd like to find a charting tool that has Force Index, Elder Ray, etc or a program that lets me enter such charts.

Yahoo finance offers several programs.
Stock Screen allow you to put in several criteria to spit out current information. Portfolio manager allows you to put in stocks and purchase price, and spits back a % increase or decrease. Also, you can chart the movement of the entire portfolio.

I use IncredibleCharts. There is a cost of $9.95 per month which gets you daily prices as you do your charting. As to custom indicators I do not due that.
