I tend to feel sorry for myself and wallow in my self pity, I find that I have to give in to it - at least for a little while - because if I don't deal with it, then it will build up in to something far more damaging.There will come a point where you start to feel better, and you can appreciate the small things in life that bring you joy.

100 years ago Dr. John Bach developed Bach Flower Essences that heal and cure emotions. I am a certifed Bach practitioner and I suggest you go to a health store that handles herbs, Bach, etc. Buy the rescue remedy and take it four times a day, four drops each time under your tongue (sublingual). If you touch the eyedropper to your teeth, tongue, lips, purge the contents of the dropper in your mouth, rinse it well, dry it before putting it back in the bottle. Your saliva will digest the flower essence if you don't.

i do a lot of really stupid stuff (lash out at friends, break up with girlfriends, consider dramatic life decisions, etc) then regret it later
