I have known her for like 3 weeks but think i am getting a good vibe from her. We walk to class together and study on the weekends and she looks deep into my eyes and smiles. Is it too early to make a move? If not, what do i do for valentine's day to express my feelings to her?

You can check out this link below for lots of valentine ideas...

I also found this idea...
Place a rose on the windshield with a message to her written on the windshield or window. You can leave a message on the windshield with an erasable marker, or leave a letter saying whatever you want. Don't forget to place a napkin in order let her clean the message you've left for her, if you leave a letter, place it into a plastic bag, to secure the message in case of rain.

Happy Early Valentine's Day!

OK, another valentines' day question, but i know how to answer this one. You haven't known her for very long so what you do is remember something she said, like maybe she told you something about her childhood, get her something that reminds her that she told you, it's very thoughtful, because any guy can get a girl flowers and a box of chocolates, but a guy that really cares gets her something that is thoughtful, and only he can think of, if you think hard enough, you'll think of something. Good luck!!!!

A nice bouquet of tulips or yellow roses (which mean friendship) or lilies, or a little box of quality chocolates and a card which is sweet and humourous, or just friendly.

I believe that if you like her and want to express your feelings you should.I think it would be nice if you give her a teddy bear holding a note. You could probably say that you like her and that if she could be your valentine.Well good luck.
