can they prevent pregnancy? I have had them since I was 15. I now have a daughter but at the time of conception they cysts had burst and were gone. Now I have them again, one month they form and they next the burst. Its been an ongoing cycle for years. Very painful at that...I am trying for baby number 2 and would like to know if having the cysts can possibly prevent me from becoming pregnant.

A friend of mine had cysts and she had 2 miscarriages and once they treated the cysts she got pregnant again, had trouble trying before they treated them and nothing. Not really sure though but I would ask the doctor.

i had them and i got pregnant soon after i was diagnosed with them. i now have 2 children and had no complications with either pregnancy. although there was some discomfort and slight pain at times, especially when the baby started kicking, but it wasn't anything too bad. good luck!

i was told toat you cant get prgnat with ovarian cysts. but my friend who has 2 has just recently become pergnat but they can cause cancer from what i hear so its best to get them removed before they get to big
