There can be two answers to this.

One would be mycobacterium because it is difficult to Gram stain. So you have to use the acid fast stain method.

Two would be bacillus because it is an endospore former and the others are not.

I don't think Listeria had been discovered when I took microbiology. Also, way back then, Mycobacterium could only be stained by an 'acid-fast" method.

But to answer your question, I would say that by its name, Actinomyces was a yeast, not a bacterium.
