this normally entails a couple having a bit of hows your father in a car , nothing wrong in that but when it comes to doggin it would normally mean that there are several people peering in through the windows watching you do your stuff. i think there are certain places where it is common, and from what i am told there are certain codes for indicating your desire to be watched, something to do with flashing the head lights but don't quote me on it

Here in Scotland 'doggin' is definitely being off school without permission, usually hanging around the streets with a group of pals. Nothing sexual about the word here.

Doggin means someone is messing with u.They keep hounding u.They won't stop making fun of u or calling u names or they just keep putting u down for something or another. I know cuz I drive a school bus and hear it all day long.

People meet in a car park or lay by. Some people have sex whilst others watch. your choice as to what you do when your there but if your the one having sex you will be watched. A bit of voyeurism!

yes you go to a dark car park and start having it off with your partner. Then some other pervs are watching, and you can invite them to join in.
The expression came about because people used to tell their family they were just going out to "walk the dog".
Although a relatively new phenomenon for heterosexuals, the gay fraternity have been doing this since cars were invented.
Presumably this is just a "UK" thing: in the states, such a situation is almost guaranteed to end in a blaze of gunfire.
