If you are running, you obviously have kinetic energy and momentum. Are there any conditions where you can have energy but no momentum? Can you give me an example of this?

You could have different types of energy like potential energy or thermal energy without having any momentum. There is no way that you could have kinetic energy without momentum though.

Sure...you can have potential energy with no momentum.

But as regards kinetic energy and momentum, no. Kinetic energy is the derivative of momentum.
