right now its 30 below with the windchill so i wouldnt have it washed today( although my vehicles need it bady!) however....if its in the 20s or 30s i will, but i wait for a sunny day and have it done mid day. the sun will keep it warm enough til the final drops dry , so i dont have frozen locks in the morning!

Yes to get the salt they use on the roads off. Run it through a car wash. Noticed your name, Arizona doesn't have that problem except in the mountains.
