As to operational costs, the least expensive location for a greenhouse is where the costs of cooling and heating are the lowest.

The next costing factor would be space. Where is it to built? and how much is the acquisition cost for that space?

Harbor Freight has two greenhouses that are extruded aluminum structures with polycarbonate panel covering, ranging from $300-$500. This is a good price for a rigid frame greenhouse, knock off a Juliana hobby greenhouse.

Can get directions online and build your own for dirt cheap. One day to do it with 2 people. All materials and detailed construction are there for you. Can get price quotes for materials at builder supply stores and go with the cheapest.

I got my green house out of LOOT for free. Aluminium with base all glass. It took me a day to take down and put back up again.
One piece of glass broken cost to replace £3.00.
