I was almost positive it was the 4th and have every intention of going but it was the 1st, I don't want to be a bail jumper and don't want to go to jail what do i do

you literally have to turn yourself in. they will have issued a bench warrant for your arrest.

turn yourself in NOW. They might understand that you were confused, but don't count on it. You will only make things worse if you wait. The judge has already put out a bench warrant out for you .They might also attach contempt of court charges on you .

Do not pass go, do not collect $200...seriously looks like you lost the bail money...check with a lawyer and (maybe)contact the police before they come after you??

Contact the court immediately and explain. I would leave voicemail on the court clerk's phone today!
Do they have court on Sunday in your area?

do you have a lawyer..if so call him..if not call the court house your self..and if you missed court they do have a bench warrant out for you..if misdemeanor they might let your off and if its a felony you might be in county for a while..what did ya do..any ways..me..I got two felonies for weapons and threatening some one..
