In fact, I can't even access the video from the landing page. The site is for a course I purchased, it has text, audio and video files for me to print, listen to, and watch. The audio and text were easy but the video is giving me trouble. I need some suggestions. Thanks

email the admin of the site or anyone you can contact from that site. There might be program you have to load in order to have access to them. Only the people that make the site would know.

You really don't give enough info. for a specifc answer.
Can you watch the vids on the site? What format are they or what player do they play on?
Is there a download link and it just doesn't download to your computer or don't you know where to attempt a download?
If you can watch them on the site, they are in your computer in a Temp. folder. Give more info. and you can get a better answer.
