In I.E. browser, go to Tools > Options, Select the "General" tab, and click the "Clear History" button.
In Firefox, Tools > Options, Privacy tab, History tab, and "Clear Browsing History Now".

go to the tools bar on your internet screen and click on delete history tab. Or if you dont have that go to the internet options and go to the general screen and click on browsing button.

Than delete all of them, it's browsing history and cache data(things data saves on the temporary files until you delete them)
