Hun, soap is not suitable for that area!
Your vagina is self-cleaning so all you ever need to use is just plain water and wipe between your labia (lips) with your hand to wipe away any dirt, anything chemical near your vagina or vulva can not only cause irritation like this but can also cause vaginal infections.
Your vagina and vulva are made up of mucosa, this is like skin but without the top protective layer making it more sensitive to irritants in soaps, and furthermore the soaps wash away the natural oils within the vulva and vagina which can also cause irritation. As your vagina has a very delicate pH the chemicals within soaps can affect that pH, in turn throwing off the natural balance of 'good' and 'bad' bacteria, bacterial soaps are particularly harmful as they kill off the 'good' bacteria as well as the 'bad'. Most commercial toiletries contain chemicals that are bad for general health and due to the thinness of the mucosa this can be a more direct route for those chemicals to get into your body.
As this soap has not irritated your skin it is safe to say that this is not an allergic reaction, just irritation and sensitivity to the soap on your vulva, as such allergy treatments will not work at all.
What you want to do is get yourself into the shower when you need to pee, keep warm water running on your vulva while you pee to dilute the urine and warm up your vulva that will help ease the pain. I'd also recommend a little dish of warm water to literally dunk yourself into every now and then when the pain gets too much or you could try pouring this over yourself while sitting peeing if you can manage it – the water will probably run out before you are finished peeing.
Be very delicate about anything you put on there from now on, you might want to get yourself some thrush cream such as Monistat as this will help cool your vulva and is safe enough to use without causing further irritation – a good home remedy is natural, plain, pro-biotic yogurt, normally used for yeast infections as well, this will be the same as yeast infection creams in that it will cool off your vulva.
Bare in mind as well that you may also be looking at a case of thrush from using soap on your vulva, so the pain from the irritation may ease off in the next few days but you may find you are left with a yeast infection – thus the above ideas of thrush cream or yogurt will also help there as well.
Keep yourself dry, not bone dry as oils and discharge are vital to keeping the mucosa protected, but dry enough to stop any further irritation - pat yourself with toilet paper very gently, keep yourself in cotton panties, when you get out the shower dry with a hairdryer on light/cool setting, and try to keep yourself out of underwear as much as possible.

it might not be the soap but a uniary track infection. there are over the counter meds at most drug stores, uristat and azo urinary pain releiver. you can usually find these in the femine hygene section with the yeast infection meds. you can try some of the medicated wipes the sell there too. it might sooth the irritation. aloe vera gell works allright, i've even used aloe with lidocain in it, lidocain is a topical anagesic and should numb it alittle (i can't say if thats really safe but i've done it). if you are sure its an allergic reaction try some benadryl. in the first aid section there should be benadryl creams available. if you really want help go to the pharmacy (if you go during the superbowl it should be pretty deserted) and ask the pharacist. they will be able to help, or just call.
(fyi if you buy the uristat or azo it will ture your urine dark orange that can stain)

Yes, Aveeno oatmeal bodywash if you want something to wash it with. If you want something to put on it, hydrocortisone, or another Aveeno lotion or Aloe. Unscented if possible. Also, here is an idea for going to the bathroom. Either sit in a bathtub of water and go, or an easier idea--hold a cup full of water directly touching the area that burns, and pee in it. Okay, it will spill in the toilet and your hands and all but it won't burn. Now here is the thing--I can't remember if cold or warm water worked better. I think it was cold--try that. I know one or the other really worked for me and it didn't hurt at all.

Did the soap have perfume in it?
If so, always avoid these ones.
To help soothe, sit in a tepid bath ( no bubble bath )
Do you have any sudocrem? Its very good for sore bits.........
Let the air get in......
Hope you feel better soon.

You could try putting cream on or take some Benadryl. It is an allergy medication, you can get it at any pharmacy.
