Found you a useful site, I hope!

Looks like it depends upon whether it is powdered, granulated, etc.

It is listed in kg per cu meter. So to convert, divide by 1,000,000 cc/cu m and multiply by 1,000 g/kg. :-)

(or just divide by 1000, to make it simpler!)


Sugar, brown 721 or .721 g/cc
Sugar, powdered 801 or .801 g/cc
Sugar, granulated 849 or .849 g/cc
Sugar, raw cane 961 or .961 g/cc

Depends on what type of sugar actually.

Glucose is 1.54 g/cm^3
