Wow. It's been a long time since i've seen such a good question on yahoo answers.

Yes, beacuse blind people's lack of sight allows them to see something that perhaps is truer than what people with sight see.
Blind people have the greatest gift of all, which is to see a person's true character and not focus so much on the physical apperance of the person.
keep asking good questions

It is documented fact that blind people have more neural connections in other sensory areas to make up for their lack of sight, aiding compensation. It would be just as easy to judge someone for their tone of voice, smell, etc as it would be by their appearance. I believe that those indications can also be deceiving. I think the only way to judge someone's character is by becoming acquainted with their character-- something that would be the same in blind people and in people of sight. it's definitely an interesting topic, though...

thats a really good question. I'm going to say yes since a blind person's other senses are highly sensitive. They listen better and wouldnt have anything to distract them. If you know a blind person I would ask them. blind people amaze me. I tried walking from the elevator to my girlfriend's apartment with my eyes closed because there is a blind guy down the hall from her and I tell you what -I did not get too far before I had to open my eyes it was scary. I'd ask him this question but he is not home.He gets around as if he had sight.

Is the sky blue; or a reflection of the ocean? There are no answers to subjective questions that are "correct" .... in any sense.
