I deed I do! I worked as a waiter in the local restaurant when I was in college. The pay was not much, and I, like so many other students that worked , depended on the generosity of others by leaving us a tip.I don't think however, that one should be tipped without giving great service. After all, TIP is an acronym for "to insure prompt service".

Depends. If they do something above and beyond, I think they deserve a tip, but if they are just doing what they are being paid to do, I don't think so. Why should I have to conpensate for underpaid workers?
