the statue of liberty is rubbish - i think the empire state building would be a far better entry

from that list id go for, in no real order - pyramids in egypt,eiffel tower,colosseum,great wall of china,empire state,neuschwanstein and machu picchu altho most of those have claims cept the statue of liberty cant understand that inclusion

There has been much controversy over this new wonders of the the world. I do not believe ancient constructions should even be considered. I believe that yes, we can recognize new wonders. But they should be MODERN wonders. The great mall, the immaculate bridges and skyscrapers, the supersonic jet, the flying cars. Let appreciate what new technology and science has led us to.
