I am trying to read what you wrote. I am guessing the car tries to start but does not fire and run.. ie turn the key and the motor turns over but does not run.

Once you get it running it continues to run well, but if you let it sit it will not restart unless you help it with somekind of fuel?

1. you might have a bad Fuel Accumulator. These are normally located right with the fuel pump and fuel filter under the car near the tank. These keep fuel pressure built up for starting. If they go bad the fuel pressure leaks down and the car will not start without adding fuel or spray to the intake.
2. check the formed rubber hose between your idle speed air valve and air guide housing. Look for holes and to see if it has come loose.

If the engine will not turn over, either your battery or starter motor, or both could be defective. If you have severe cold winter weather, try an electric engine blanket to keep the engine and/or crankcase warm. Dry gas should have no effect on engine turning over or not. Dry gas should be effective in evaporating a fuel mixture that contained water moisture.
