I'm going for a Biopsy tomorrow, they are gonna look at these bumps i have down there and take a lil bit of them and see what they are, is it okay to be sexually active tomorrow? OH and I'm gonna take a pregnanacy test while I'm there, Is it true that its NOT required to use your first morning urine, I read online that if you've already urinated that day you should FOUR hours to urinate again, IS THIS TRUE?

You could be pregnant ... the spotting could have been known as what is called or reffered to as implantation bleeding which is normal ...
1st morning urine is the best because it has the highest level of HCG a hormone that is produced when pregnant but it is not the only sample you can give ...
as for the biopsy they will do a pregnancy test before that to no the risks of the procedure ... they can still do the biopsy if you are pregnant they just explain to you the risks and you make the choice to either go ahead or NOT ...
The biopsy feels uncomfortable but is not too bad.
I wouldnt recomend having sex you should never have sex before any procedure it could mess with the results .

You are never supposed to have any kind of sex 24-48 hours before getting any examination. A good rule of thumb from my OB. Also, does your doctor think you might be pregnant? It sounds like you're being checked for a cyst, cancer, or STD. And any of those could cause your period to be late. Also the stress from worrying about what it could be would delay your period as well. Although you should still take a test, your doctor should be able to provide a free one while you're in there. I never used first morning urine, and while it is more accurate, the fact is if the hormone is in your urine, it will be there as long as you don't drink like 5 gallons of water to dilute it.

Good luck with everything!

Personally, I think sex after a biopsy is not right because there's a small 'wound' created during the procedure which might become infected...
It's not necessary to use the 'first morning' urine for a pregnancy test, any urine as long as it's fresh, can be used.
Yes, you may be pregnant! Do a pregnancy test to confirm it...

You don't have to use morning urine. Just don't drink to much!!
If you think you have something, don't be sexually active at all until you know. YIKES!!

If you are having a ob/gyn appointment, they always suggest you NOT DOUCHE OR HAVE SEX for 24 hours before the visit.
