It is a teen late 80s or early 90s movie, I think about a love note. Like the lead is a blonde popular girl who gets a love letter and she thinks it from a popular guy but it turns out to be a nerd. One scene I remember there sitting on a bench and he's telling her he wrote the note. I've been trying to figure out the name for years now. Hopefully someone can help me.

Hmmmm I dont know about a movie but there is an episode of the kids TV show "Salute Your Shorts" that is similar, but roles are reversed. The popular girl leaves a note for a kid, but the nerdy fat kid finds it and thinks it was for him. He then leaves her clues as to who he is and to ask her to the dance. But this cant be it as it is a TV show and the girl is a brunette

i purchase video clips at Amazon, I employ them from Netflix, and that i receive them the different time BQ- truly Netflix BQ2- astounding Mr. Fox. when I pronounced it in theaters, because it could be seen "a youthful ones action picture," there have been toddlers whining and stuff so I neglected lots. were given to savour it a lot extra at living house!

Try "Secret Admirer" if it is not the right one it will help you ask a better question when you figure out what is different. I don't remember a beach scene.
