I have one that I got from Babies R Us. I believe it was around $25.

You can purchase wipe warmers at Target, Walmart, and Babies R Us. They run about $20, but you have to purchase the replaceable pillow pads that go inside to keep the wipes moist and bacteria free. These run about $7 for 2 pads. I thought this would be a frivolous purchase, but since we live in a cold climate, it has turned out to be a nice luxury for my child. He prefers to be changed with a warm wipe versus a cold one.

Target carries wipe warmers, Babies R Us.
Holding one in your hand for a minute will take the chill off too.

TI dont know if there are any babies r us store near you but if not you can go to the web site. They are about $20 but in my opinion they are a waste of money. Good luck!

You can find them on e-bay. They don't cost that much, however, I didn't use my that much because it had a tendency to dry out the wipes.
