Can we get them jobs, Educational training? And its sad that some cities across the U.S are making it illegal to feed the homeless.Their not animals, their just a victim of society and a product of their own enviroment. Everybody has been down on their luck once or twice. Thats heartless. Whats your view on it?

I'm going to be blunt! What we can do is stop helping them if they refuse to try.
I myself have been homeless and did not like it (guess what I'm not homeless anymore) I did work for the Salvation Army under the agreement that I would have meals, a bed, & a shower, as long as I was allowed to work during the day.
So I ended working from 10:00pm to 5:00 am daily for that. I would then hit the work corner and take any job that would give cash at the end of the day.
At the same time I had someone standing next to me that turned the work down because "that's not enough money." The same afternoon the person who turned down the job tried to panhandle from me (this is after I spent a day emptying brocks from a closed semi trailer in August, in Texas.
My point is that if you want to change your situation you will with minimal help. However many (by no means all) homeless like living that way.
How do you tell the difference? Look who's standing on the side of the road with a sign and who's working.

most seem to not want a job and like being leeches on society, the ones who fall and get themselves back up are the ones we need to help, for some it was just bad judgement or they were wronged, but they get back on thier feet. the rest put them on a deserted island and let be at home

Stop giving the "Hispanic" population our jobs. Send them all back to there own country. And help our own "homeless" population get jobs and help them to feed their families etc...Think about it......there a thousands of illegal aliens here in our country, popping babies out left and right. where do you think our jobs are going? It's sad but true.

ALOT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE ARE MENTALLY ILL.. ALOT OF THEM ARE HAPPY DOING WHAT THEIR DOING . SOME OF THESE PEOPLE ARE ALSO CRIMINALS.. IN THIS COUNTRY I DON'T SEE HOW YOU END UP THAT WITHOUT A LOT OF SCREWING UP.. YOU BEHAVE AS IF ITS NOT THEIR FAULT..THERE ALSO ALOT OF PEOPLE IN JAIL THAT ARE INNOCENT---THAT IS VERY RARE OVERALL IT IS NOT THE RULE RATHER A HUUGE EXCEPTION. HOMELESS PEOPLE ARE THEIR BECAUSE ALOT OF THEM ARE ADDICTS. ALOT CITIES CAUSTION APPROACHING THEM--SOME ARE DANGEROUS.
