ALL THE FEMALES IN MY JOB LET HIM TOUCH, HUG, AND KISS THEM AND I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO KEEPS MY DISTANCE FROM HIM . NOW HE'S SAYING THAT IM BEING INCOMPETENT AND HE SAID THAT TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND THEY WANT TO SEE ME ON MONDAY A@3. SHOULD I QUIT?

I would NOT quit. I was fired to keep me quiet of the sexual harassment I was encountering for 5 months. I finally obtained a right to sue letter and I am suing for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. Try to get witnesses to testify in court. sapena them to court if htey are unwilling. I misspelled sapena cause I dont know how to spell it. Ive heard it but never seen it written. I filed a complaint with EEOC and now the company got the charge and they want to try to settle it out of court. That might be a good route to go, especially if there are lots of women getting this treatment and they accept it so they don't loose their jobs too.

Your boss will have to show proof that you are incompetent. But you need to talk to HR and file a complaint against him Monday morning for sexual harassment. Do this before your meeting. DO NOT QUIT. If you quit you will lose unemployment benefits.

You should probably write down as many details of the harassment as possible. Present a copy of this to his supervisor. If you are terminated or harassed any more, contact someone at the local labor board or an attorney asap.

Princess..your a woman..use the system to protect your self..call a lawyer..and let your HR people know about this call them first thing or better yet have your lawyer call..and this will make them think a little..you can sue for this kind of stuff..and is he married..maybe calling his wife will teach him a lesson...

PUT THEM ON NOTICE THAT HE IS A SEXUAL HARASSER AND THAT YOU DO NOT AND WILL NOT PUT UP WITH IT. THEN THEY WILL FIRE YOU AND THEN YOU CAN SUE THEM.
