Yes you should. You are only protected when you wear the patch.
Speaking of the patch though, its been recalled so you might want to go to you OB-GYN and find another birth control that would be most effective for you.

You use the condom so that you do not contact an STD. If you do not know what an STD is, then ask your doctor or the nurse at the healthcare facility that you go to. However, having oral sex can still infect you with oral gonorrhea if your partner has been exposed to it.

Condoms should be used everytime anyway. Birth control does NOT protect you from any sexually transmitted diseases. Use a condom EVERY time.
