i have been on clomid for 5 months and no results. now i'm on clomid150mg and 1000mg of metformin. i don't know what else to do. if this does'nt work this month then i have to go to specialist. endocronologist or something. has anyone ever been to that type of doctor? if so what did they do and did it work. need help please!!

I tried clomid for a few cycles with no results with my Gyn. He then sent me to a reproductive endocrinologist. The first appt was a very detailed history on myself and husband--they asked EVERYTHING!! He upped my met and clomid and I ovulated a few times but now I've stopped responding to it as well. The next step for me is to try Femara and if that doesn't work then on to injectables. Good luck and you may want to check to see if your insurance pays for the reproductive endo because some don't and most of the treatments probably won't be covered.
