Ive searched the site for answers but can only find out that my order should have been sent out within 7 days from ordering. Ive called the number on the site and got answer phone and also sent them a mail asking about my missing order and still have not got a reply. What can I do?

Dont call them again.
Contact your credit card company, dispute the charge and tell you credit card company why.
ONce the store gets that reversal, your items will appear or your money will come back into your account.
Either way, you win!

In the US, one could contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) office where the company is located.

I would also contact your credit card and provide them all the pertinent info and challenge that charge. You payed for goods they haven't delivered nor is the merchant responding to your inquiries.

And keep emailing and calling the merchant.

contact your credit card company and give them the facts and they can get in touch with the company and charge them back what you paid. You may have to send in your credit card and get a new one.
Only do business with reputable businesses in the future.

I had this problem with a domestic website, so I used the better business bureau and when I told them that they got scared and resolved my issue right away.

I'm assuming this is a site int he UK and I don't know if you're int he US or the UK, or if there's a UK Better Business Bureau or and international one depending on where you are...

Well if its coming from the UK it will take awhile to get to the US depending on where in the UK it was shipped from. Try the BBB
(Better Business Bureaus) to report them if you don't receive your goods period.
