Republicans steal the money from the working class because they give all of the "tax breaks" to their rich corporate backers. As for giving it to deadbeats. . . Well, there is Halliburton (I am not sure of the spelling, so please forgive me). . .

THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR A REPUBLICAN WAR AND REPUBLICAN OVER SPENDING AND REPUBLICANS WHO GAVE MILLIONS IN SUBSIDY DOLLARS TO OIL COMPANIES.
and so that you know taxes went down for the rich because of republicans-BUT THEY WENT UP FOR THE MIDDLE AND POOR.
